Equalis, a provider of numerical analysis, visualization and simulation solutions, announced its R integration module.

R is a language for statistical computing and graphics. It is a GNU project and provides a variety of statistical techniques; linear and nonlinear modeling, classical statistical tests, time-series analysis, and classification.  R is used primarily by the statistical community for advanced data analysis and research in statistical methodology. Equalis solution is used by engineers and scientists for algorithm-centric data analysis, and includes an extensive array of toolboxes. The new module provides Scilab and R users the capability to leverage the synergistic functionalities of each platform directly from within one environment.

The Equalis R Module is included in the Equalis Pro solution. Existing Equalis Pro and Pro Plus subscribers can download the module from the companys customer portal at no additional charge.
