Eurocom is shipping its supercomputer-class fully configurable laptop, equipped with the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 880M graphics card, an X79 Express Chipset and 6TB RAM. The Panther 5 is designed for high-end professional graphics users for needing maximum performance and power when running professional applications, the company states.

Weighing in at 12 lbs., the Panther 5 has a 17.3 inch 1920 x 1080 display, quad channel memory to support up to 32GB of DDR3 RAM, four or six Intel i7-4960x fourth-generation processors and a Trusted Platform Module.

The NVIDIA GeForce 880M graphics feature battery saving technology, new gaming capabilities and includes graphics processing unit (GPU) boost 2.0 for over clocking.

Support is also available for for solid state, hybrid or enterprise-level hard drives with RAID 0,1,5,10 capability. USB 3.0, USB 2.0, eSATA and FireWire ports are available.
