Exa Corporation, a provider of simulation software for product design, has revealed the presenters for its PowerFLOW Solution Forum in Tokyo. This one-day forum lets attendees learn about new simulation design solutions.
This year’s keynoters are Tsuyoshi Yasuki from Toyota Motor Corporation and Shigeru Akaike from Denso Corporation. The speakers will discuss how PowerFLOW CFD (computational fluid dynamics) helped predict airflow around a vehicle as well as implementation of CAE tools to expand the product roadmap, respectively.
Other speakers include:
- Masahiro Yoshida of Mitsubishi Motors, explaining how Mitsubishi used PowerFLOW for aerodynamic development.
- Ren Cho, Shanghai Volkswagen, describing Volkswagen’s use of simulation to improve the cooling air ration of the Santana sedan.
- Ales Alajbegovic, Exa Corporation, discussing how the combination of PowerFLOW simulations and Exa PowerTHERM solution helps predict vehicle break performance.
