GOM to Host Metrology Conference

By DE Editors

June 22, 2015

GOM, a provider of optical measurement solutions and technologies for 3D coordinate measurement, will host its annual conference this fall. The gathering will run from September 21 to 24 Braunschweig, Germany.

This four-day event, the company states, has developed into a well-established platform for meeting experts in measurement technology, quality control and product development. This year's theme is "New Aspects in Industrial 3D Metrology, Inspection and Testing."

Attendees can view technology from companies such as Rolls-Royce, Adidas, Volkswagen, Škoda and ThyssenKrupp. User presentations and demonstrations will show how measuring systems can help shorted development cycles and improve production processes. A technical exhibition will also be part of the conference.
