Haystax Technology Acquires NetCentrics

Haystax Technology, a provider of next-generation analytics and cloud computing solutions, has acquired NetCentrics Corporation. The company offers cybersecurity and network management solutions.

According to a company press release, this provides scale to create a single company that can drive innovation as a company specializing in big data analytics, cloud computing, real-time threat assessment, cybersecurity and IT enterprise management.
