Khamsin SketchUp Plug-in for CFD Modeling

Hibou Scientific Software has released its Khamsin v0.8 SketchUp plug-in for CFD modeling. According to the company, the product combines CFD tools and solvers within SketchUp 3D, and allows for the definition of all parameters of the CFD simulation directly within SketchUp.

It supports Gmsh, Dolfyn and OpenFOAM mesh generator and solvers; includes OpenFOAM thermal analysis and isothermal and non-isothermal flow. Users can take advantage of parallel processing, and algebraic expression in boundary conditions using the swak4Foam/groovyBC library.
