Announces KeyCreator Analysis module to solve more complex problems.

Kubotek USA is shipping KeyCreator 2012, its multiphysics simulation software for direct modeling.

KeyCreator 2012 includes three fully integrated, add-on modules:  KeyCreator Machinist integrated 2-3 axis NC milling, KeyCreator Compare CAD validation and comparison, and the new KeyCreator Analysis multiphysics simulation software powered by Sefea Technology.

KeyCreator Analysis uses the Sefea algorithms to make more efficient use of available processor and memory resources, which supports the ability of the solution to solve more complex problems than traditional methods. Accurate results are also obtained using both lower-order elements and a coarse, less-dense mesh. In addition, the meshes are built from tetrahedral or triangle elements which are quickly and reliably auto-generated from solids and surfaces, unlike brick element meshes which are complex to automatically generate.

Having a simulation module integrated directly with KeyCreator saves model preparation time because users can easily build precise solid or surface models with KeyCreator Direct CAD’s complete hybrid modeling toolkit from which automated meshes are easily generated. Using the flexible and logical direct modeling of KeyCreator makes for easy design changes, allowing users to optimize model geometry for efficient analysis regardless of construction history. Users can also manage imported models using the system’s leading translation, repair and comparison capabilities, as well as rely on the 3D display capabilities of KeyCreator to greatly improve the visualization and presentation of models during the analysis.
