The capabilities of grinding and SPBF are now integrated into meviy's instant quoting and manufacturing platform.

Highlights of the services:

  • Surface roughness as low as Ra0.4 can be specified and automatically quoted
  • Compatible materials: steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
  • Incompatible with prepolished bar materials, resin materials, phosphate coatings, and matte black anodized finishes

Grinding specifications:

  • Surface roughness range: Ra0.4 – Ra3.2
  • Max dimensions: 600 mm (L) × 400 mm (W) × 70 mm (T)
  • Inner corners may require corner reliefs

SPBF specifications:

  • Surface roughness range: Ra0.4 – Ra3.2
  • Maximum dimensions: 600 mm (L) × 400 mm (W) × 70 mm (T)

Lead time

  • Add 4 additional days for parts requiring grinding or SPBF
  • Expedited delivery is not available for these finishing options
