Extensible CAD Technologies has announced that Office2PDM has been certified as a SolidWorks Partner Product. SolidWorks recently expanded its Partner Product program to provide certification for third-party products that integrate with SolidWorks Enterprise PDM (EPDM). Office2PDM expands the functionality of EPDM by helping companies manage documents created in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

With Office2PDM users can access EPDM vault functions such as check in and check out, get latest revisions, and other tasks directly inside of the user interface for Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

The EPDM Dashboard in Office2PDM consolidates information from various SolidWorks Enterprise PDM Vaults and gives access to that information along with the necessary tools to view, analyze and share it.
