Preferred Systems Solutions Acquires Global Services & Solutions

Preferred Systems Solutions (PSS), a provider of information technology, ERP (enterprise resource planning) and program management services, has acquired Global Services & Solutions (GSS). This transaction strengthens PSS's position as a contractor of choice within the Department of Defense, the company states.

GSS provides acquisition and program support, engineering and technical expertise and consulting services for major weapons systems acquisition programs.
