Saulsbury Industries Acquires Fabrication Facility

August 21, 2014

Saulsbury Industries, a provider of engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance and fabrication services, has acquired a new fabrication facility. The company services heavy industrial leaders.

The company will move from its 16,000 square foot facility to its new 60,000 square foot facility in Henderson, TX. This will allow it to expand its current fabrication services and increase its labor force.  The facility will house a machine shop, vessel fabrication, laser cutting, module fabrication and assembly services.

"We are excited about this expansion as it aligns with our strategy to serve the Gulf Coast and the ability to service new clients and industries as well as our existing EPC clients,” said Bubba Saulsbury, senior vice president, Business Development. “There are a lot of exciting things happening today at Saulsbury and this expansion opportunity is at the forefront. We have had a great experience in Henderson and the purchase of this facility represents our long‐term commitment to our employees as well as the Henderson/East Texas community."
