The Siemens Industry Automation Division has acquired Perfect Costing Solutions of Goeppingen, Germany.
Perfect Costing Solutions develops product cost management and estimation software solutions for the discrete manufacturing industry in general and automotive industries in particular. The newly acquired company will be assigned to the PLM Software Business Unit. Information on the price was not disclosed.
