SLM Solutions Expands North American Footprint

SLM Solutions, a provider of metal-based additive manufacturing technology and systems, has increased its North American subsidiary. SLM Solutions NA has relocated to a 7,170 square foot facility in Novi, MI. The company has also added additional engineering staff.

"In this competitive environment, we are excited to continuously grow our capabilities to independently serve and support our customers in aerospace, medical, energy and consumer-based manufacturing,” said James Fendrick, vice president of North America. “With our new facility, we look forward to hosting an increasing number of individuals who have the need to actively explore the distinct capabilities of each Selective Laser Melting system.”
