Tech Soft 3D has released HOOPS Publish 2015, with new options for intelligent 3D PDF publishing. Advanced features include the ability to create interactive document objects for smart templates with relevant information.

Some of the improvements to HOOPS Publish 2015 include:

  • 3D-focused interactive objects: Incorporate View Carousels, Bills of Materials and more.
  • Advanced PDF objects via an application programming interface: Build advanced list boxes, buttons and hot-spots in HOOPS Publish APIs.
  • Visual Response improvements: Capabilities now more accurately reflect the intent outlined in the ASME Y14.41 standard for creating and interacting with PMI data.
“The manufacturing and construction industries increasingly needs to share 3D data directly linked to other intelligence in a single, contextualized package,” says Gavin Bridgeman, vice president of products, Tech Soft 3D. “With HOOPS Publish 2015, developers can create templates that perfectly address a number of specific workflows for using 3D data downstream.”
