TFTLabs has released a version of its free TFTPad to view 3D models on mobile tablets. TFTPad is a 100-percent native Android application available on Google Play. The 3D viewer visualizes 3D models from TFTLabs JSON3D Gallery.

Within the solution, customers can interact with 3D models using the touch interface. Users can pinch to zoom, single finger drag to rotate, two-finger drag to pan and double tap on the screen to fit all the model.

The solution supports the following CAD formats (up to their latest revision): CATIA V5/Dassault Systemes; SolidWorks/Dassault Systemes; JT/Siemens; and Pro/Engineer - Creo Parametric/Parametric Technology. Upload size is limited to 10Mb.
