FANUC has released its updated ROBOGUIDE Version 10, the latest iteration of its offline robot programming and simulation software. The software includes an updated interface, new virtual reality capabilities and enhanced native CAD import.
ROBOGUIDE allows users to create, program and simulate robotic workcells in 3D without the need for physical prototypes, reducing costs and improving accuracy in automation planning, the company says. With the launch of this next-generation software, FANUC is introducing several upgrades, including:
"With the release of our enhanced ROBOGUIDE V10, we're delivering a smarter, more powerful simulation tool that meets the evolving needs of the automation industry," said Eric Potter, general manager, Robot Application Segment, at FANUC America. "Across nearly every industry, this immersive simulation software allows manufacturers to effectively visualize workcell effectiveness before actual installation, without the physical need or expense of a prototype setup.”
ROBOGUIDE V10 is now available to users alongside the previous version, sharing a single license.
