July 1, 2016

Vanderplaats Research & Development has released the VisualDOC Optimization for ANSYS interface and process. According to the company, this delivers an easy-to-use interface that helps with setup, execution and post-processing of optimization problems with ANSYS software.

Optimized design results can be exported in a variety of formats.

"We are pleased to offer VisualDOC as a new addition to our growing list of state-of-the-art design optimization software products that interoperate with the ANSYS family of software.  We believe this will further enhance the ANSYS user's ability to design high quality products faster and cheaper than ever before," said Dr. Garret Vanderplaats, founder and CEO of VR&D.
