ZWSOFT, provider of CAx solutions, has released ZWCAD MFG 2026 Beta, the latest iteration of its specialized CAD solution for mechanical design.

ZWCAD MFG 2026 is an advanced CAD solution designed for manufacturing, combining expanded part libraries, automated workflows, and greater compatibility, all optimized for efficiency in mechanical and industrial design.

With the latest release, ZWCAD MFG 2026 makes mechanical design faster, smarter, and more precise, enabling users to streamline the processes.

What’s New in ZWCAD MFG 2026?

ZWCAD MFG 2026 delivers a suite of features crafted to accelerate workflows, enhance precision, and foster cross-team collaboration, the company says.

Product Inplace Manager—Unified Data Control

Manage your entire design data lifecycle within a single, intuitive interface. Visualize product structure hierarchies with the assembly tree, automate BOM updates, and leverage batch processing tools like batch printing and script execution to eliminate manual data handling.

Expanded AutoCAD Mechanical Compatibility—Legacy Data Handling

ZWCAD MFG now supports AutoCAD Mechanical versions from AM6 (2004) to 2024, ensuring import/export of legacy drawings and reducing conversion bottlenecks.

Design Tools

Generate screw fastener assemblies with one click. Select necessary components (bolts, nuts, washers), and the system will automatically match sizes based on hole depth and standards. Customize templates and adjust multiple view styles (section, hidden line) to meet various design scenarios.

Hole Generator—Parametric

Create a range of hole types instantly—straight, tapered, threaded, and more. With built-in standards, designs stay compliant. Local section views and auto-annotations (including Leader and General notes) enhance clarity.

Part Library Enhancement

Access over 370 JIS and KS standard parts, including structural steel, bearings, and fasteners. The expanded library makes it easier to design according to regional specifications, minimizing manual adjustments and ensuring global compatibility.

4K Screen Adaptation

The new version is optimized for high-resolution displays, ensuring scalable user interface elements like icons, palettes, and dialog boxes.

Multi-language Support

New Czech, Spanish, and Hungarian interfaces join eight existing languages.
