Autodesk Acquires Vela Construction Management Software

Autodesk has acquired Vela Systems, a provider of cloud and mobile field management software for the construction industry. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Vela's products are integrated with current Autodesk integrated project management software including Autodesk Navisworks.
