Solair has unveiled Solair PLM, a cloud PLM solution based on the Solair Platform.

Users can access the application from an Internet-ready PC or mobile device, through a secure connection via a Web browser. According to the company, the application is suited for use with IT solutions already present at most companies, such as the most common CAD systems, MS Office and other manufacturing and business systems.

"B2C software keeps up with technological innovation and with consumer's needs, while the B2B software world has always shown a great resistance to change," said Tom Davis, CEO of Solair. "We have introduced a reversal to this trend: even people who work in enterprises have the right to use solutions that are intuitive, easy to manage and, above all, accessible to everybody. Our aim is to provide the tools to allow every organization to be more efficient, competitive and agile in responding to the ever faster changes in business."
