EUROCOM i7 Notebook Now Supports Intel i7-975 and Xeon X5580 Processors

Eurocom has introduced the EUROCOM D900F PANTHER-i7 Mobile Workstation and Mobile Server powered by Intel's newest line of LGA1366 i7 Quad Core and XEON x55xx processors.

The PANTHER-i7, which measures 15.8 in. x 11.9 in. x 2.05 in. and weighs less than 12 lbs., supports up to 2TB of storage with four physical SATA-300 hard drives and RAID 0/1/5, 3.33GHz Intel Core i7 Processor Extreme Edition I7-975 or 3.2GHz Intel XEON W5580 processors, Gigabit Ethernet port on-board, HDMI, eSATA, DVi ports, a 17-in. WUXGA LCD display, and full-size keyboard.

The EUROCOM D900F PANTHER Workstation delivers 64-bit workstation-class performance and functionality in a mobile form factor. In addition to Windows XP Professional64, Linux, and Vista, the EUROCOM PANTHER Workstation supports Windows Server 2008, enabling SMB customers to use the system as a Mobile Server. Also Open Solaris is currently under testing and will be supported soon.

EUROCOM’s Mobile Servers feature x64 Operating Systems, VGA technology, multiple optical drives, multiple hard drives offering RAID 0/1/5, large displays, and full-size 102-key keyboards.
