HBM nCode Acquires ReliaSoft Corporation

The new company will join the Spectris Test and Measurement segment.

HBM nCode, a provider of durability and performance analyses software, has acquired ReliaSoft. The company will be integrated into HBM nCode in the Spectris Test and Measurement segment.

ReliaSoft, a company focused on reliability engineering, is a software and service provider to industries such as automotive, aerospace, chemical processing, oil and electronics.

The product offerings from this acquisition, according to a company press release, will address needs for fatigue, reliability, failure data analysis and asset management software.

“This is a strategic move for HBM nCode,” says Brian Dabell, who leads the management team of the combined organization. “There are many advantages to this initiative and the leadership team at HBM nCode has a strong interest in developing and investing in ReliaSoft’s technology and its highly talented workforce.
