Intergraph has formally opened its newly-expanded office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This expansion will allow the company to fully support customers in Malaysia that are implementing its SmartPlant and SmartMarine Enterprise suites of engineering solutions.

According to the company, Intergraphs expanded presence in Malaysia will help to support the growth in local oil and gas projects, with a dedicated team providing technical expertise for the solutions.

"The expansion of the Intergraph office in Kuala Lumpur brings us closer to our customers in Malaysia and the region, enabling us to deliver superior support in the integrated engineering approach of our next-generation SmartPlant and SmartMarine Enterprise solutions," said Gerhard Sallilnger, Intergraph process, power and marine president.
