Metris Releases CMM-Manager v2.3
Color codes indicate local deviations 

Metris has released CMM-Manager 2.3 measurement software, designed for users of articulated arms and K-Series Optical CMM systems. The software, aimed at CNC and manual CMMs, is said to be highly intuitive and task-oriented tactile measurement software.

Productivity enhancements range from improved user guidance to automatic probe recognition. A single inspection program suitable for manual and automatic CMMs reduces overall programming effort, increases productivity, and makes analysis and reporting consistent.

Tactile scanning deviation report 

The software, tuned for portable tactile inspection, is designed for quick and easy handheld tactile measurement. Features include large, intuitive icons and messages displayed in large fonts, control buttons for navigation on the measuring arm or the SpaceProbe of K-Series’ Optical CMM.
