With a standard shipping lead-time of 5 business days or less, flat acrylic prototypes can be available in a week or less to product designers.
Rapid Sheet Metal also has an inhouse silk screening service so that companies can get finished acrylic parts with graphics included in under two weeks’ time. Rapid Sheet Metal offers laser cut acrylic in thicknesses from 0.060-in. to 0.250-in. and stocks acrylic in thicknesses of 0.060 in., 0.125 in., and 0.250-in. thicknesses.
