NextComputing’s NextDimension RVE CS464 is a 64-bit enabled mobile workstation bundled with Adobe CS4 Production Premium and the Blackmagic Design DeckLink HD Extreme capture card. The RVE CS464 is designed to take advantage of Adobe’s 64-bit optimization features for Premiere Pro CS4 and After Effects CS4. Inclusion of the DeckLink HD Extreme card gives users video capabilities with SDI (3Gb/s), HDMI, and analog input and output for high-resolution capture and playback.

The RVE CS464 features:

  • Integrated 17-inch widescreen (1920x1200) display, with additional DVI ports for external monitors
  • Dual 2.5GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon processors
  • 8GB RAM
  • 64-bit Windows XP Professional or Vista operating system
  • High-speed 1.28TB internal storage array capable of uncompressed HD capture and playback
  • Dedicated SATA system hard drive
  • Extensive onboard I/O, including onboard IEEE-1394a (FireWire 400) port, 4 USB 2.0 ports, 2 Ethernet ports, 2 Serial (RS-232) ports, and 2 eSATA external storage ports
  • NVIDIA Quadro FX 3700 graphics card
