Océ’s CS4300 wide-format scanner series has an optional interpolated resolution of up to 9600 dpi, making it well suited to CAD, GIS and other professional users in need of high-resolution scans for a variety of applications.

Key features of the CS4300 series include:

  • 600-x-600 dpi optical resolution
  • Optional interpolated resolution of up to 9600 dpi
  • Scans rigid originals up to 15 mm thick
  • Handles a range of applications
  • Upgrades Océ wide-format printers to hybrid systems with Océ Copy Easy software

The Océ CS4300 series scans in full color or monochrome and has a number of features that make it easy to get professional results, according to the company. The machines come standard with Océ Copy Easy software that can upgrade their current Océ printers to a full hybrid system. In addition, optional Océ Color Copy software allows customers to copy to multiple Océ wide format systems or third-party printers.

The Océ CS4300 series scans rigid originals up to 15mm thick, which enables the scanners to handle a range of applications including 2D and 3D CAD drawings, renderings, posters, photos, and more. This versatility makes the Océ CS4300 series suited to a variety of users: reprographers, medium-sized CAD studios and GIS environments, architects, small display graphics companies, and central scan and copy environments.

The Océ CS4300 goes into sleep mode after a period of inactivity. It also has a standard timer clock so users can set power-up and power-down modes according to their operations. The scanners also comply with the European Union-RoHS directive for lead content. All scanners in the Océ CS range are designed and manufactured in accordance with the ISO 14001 environmental management standard.
