Phasio, a manufacturing platform for quoting, order management, and workflow planning for additive manufacturing, debuts an integration with Dyndrite MJF Pro, resulting in an end-to-end HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) additive manufacturing system with zero manual interactions.

With this advancement, the companies are demonstrating a fully digital path that can turn out optimized, traceable builds, ready to print, without human intervention, the companies report.

The integration, which combines the Phasio customer-facing platform with Dyndrite’s MJF Pro print application programming interfaces, enables a fully automated end-to-end workflow where orders are processed, optimized, dispatched to available printers, and tracked in real time. The Phasio Powered by Dyndrite MJF Pro solution is a production pipeline that converts demand into validated print jobs without any manual steps.

“Phasio’s mission has always been to eliminate the barriers between the front office and manufacturing,” says Harry Lucas, founder and CEO of Phasio. “By integrating Dyndrite MJF Pro into our platform, we’ve bridged the final mile to one of the most advanced additive production systems, the HP MJF, and brought our vision to life.”

At the core of the Phasio project integration is Dyndrite MJF Pro, a programmable build preparation tool for the HP Multi Jet Fusion platform. MJF Pro offers control over the MJF manufacturing process, including:

  • Nesting 1000s of parts with  precision and control, in seconds
  • Working with multi-gigabyte 3D mesh or native CAD files directly
  • Advanced part labeling rules, including multiple labels per part
  • Python APIs to automate builds and eliminate human error
  • Part-level documentation embedded directly in every build file

Dyndrite MJF Pro provides native printer connectivity to the HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) and Metal Jet 3D line, including the 4200, 5200, 5400, 5600, and 580.

"From global enterprises to fast-moving startups, HP Multi Jet Fusion users want to focus on products and get them to market fast,” says Frank Lussier, product manager at Dyndrite. “They need automation, rapid iteration, traceable data, and one simple system to manage it all. With Phasio Powered by Dyndrite, they finally have it all- a fully digital, end-to-end pipeline for MJF. This is a major milestone for the industry.”
