SGT Inc., a provider of science and engineering services, has been awarded a five-year contract by the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL). Under this agreement, SGT will develop space science instruments and experimental payloads for NRL's Space Science Division.

According to a company press release, SGT is to specifically provide services for the following three functional areas: Research & Development, Hardware Fabrication, Inspection, Testing and Integration as well as Mission Assurance.

SGT Inc. is headquartered in Maryland and provides aerospace engineering analysis, information systems, project management, operational support and technical services.
