VERISURF X, the newest software release from Verisurf Software, Inc., has become the company’s fastest selling new product introduction in two decades. The X version software package was first previewed late last year, and through the end of March 2009 had exceeded sales of all of the company’s previous releases.

VERISURF X features Verisurf’s proprietary common platform technology for managing all CMMs, articulating arms, laser trackers, and other emerging technology measuring devices. It provides capabilities for inspection, reverse engineering, and reporting from a single interface, saving time and investment in multiple platforms.

The software features:

  • A simplified menu structure.
  • An always-available feature tree for enhanced access to the inspection platform and data.
  • Both real-time and offline inspection to meshes.
  • A CAD system for model-based inspection and reverse engineering.
  • New CATIA and Unigraphics/NX native read options with GD&T Import.
