August 26, 2014

Talon Innovations, a provider of precision machined products and assemblies for the semiconductor, medical device and aerospace industries, has expanded its capabilities by adding custom tube bending services in its new CNC (computer numerically controlled) tube bending machine center.

The company's new machine center is capable of complex 3D geometries and will form tubing with a diameter of up to one half inch. The center can also manufacture prototypes from any 3D model.

In addition to manufacturing services, Talon also offers product engineering and design, computational fluid dynamics, finite element analysis and other engineering services.

“This new tube bending capability extends our vertical integration strategy as a turn-key solutions provider and expands our reach into the medical device and aerospace markets while continuing to add value for our semiconductor clients,” said Greg Olson, CEO of Talon.
