English discusses how pre-print software simplifies the AM workflow with a comprehensive solution to design the part, customize parameters, simulate thermomechanical behaviors, and highlight issues related to temperature, stress, and distortion.

Bob English is the founder and CEO of Valiant Products, Inc. Valiant has been manufacturing metal parts for the medical, transportation, energy, defense, and aerospace industries for over 45 years.
In 2022 Valiant invested in Additive Manufacturing (AM) with the purchase of 3D metal and polymer printers with the goal of producing qualified AM parts for the aerospace and defense industries that will reduce part counts, lead time, and cost.
Recently, English was named "Small Business Person of the Year for 2024" by the South Florida District's U.S. Small Business Administration, as a recognition of his efforts to expand AM in Florida and create more high paying jobs in advanced manufacturing.
