Adept Technology Expands Distribution

Adept Technology, a provider of intelligent robots, has added Applied Controls as a new distributor. The company is a full-service automation provider and will support Adept's portfolio of industrial and autonomous mobile robots in the mid-Atlantic U.S.

Applied Controls is based in Pennsylvania and serves markets in New Jersey, Maryland and Delaware. Over the past few years, a press release states, it has made investments in demonstration products and expansive test labs for hands-on training and proof of concept evaluation.
